All types! The SLP is easily customizable to any type of person with diabetes and their unique needs. If you need help making it work for you, send me an email!
How do I access it?
The planner is accessible using a free platform called Notion which you can use in your web browser, desktop, or phone app. You'll just need to create a free account.
Can I track my blood sugars instead of time in range? I don't have a CGM!
No problem, friend! Two versions are included - one with TIR tracker and one with a BGM tracker. Pick which works best for you.
